Bad breath can be caused by having poor oral hygiene, a dry mouth or an infection.
It is important to be brushing your teeth (AND TONGUE) twice a day, and flossing regularly.
To combat a dry mouth – try drinking plenty of water, chewing sugar free gum to stimulate saliva, or using a saliva substitute.
You should also see your Dentist to check your mouth is looking clean and healthy, ruling out any possible infection in your teeth and gums.
